World jazz concert.

NAFAS means « breath » in literary Arabic. Vital breath, it is the force that nurtures, inspires and creates. Ahmad Compaoré, Fred Pichot and Sylvain Terminiello have imagined an eclectic and mixed music transcending cultures and social belonging. Between jazz, fusion and world music, their repertoire travels along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea mixing oriental, afrobeat or klezmer influences, sustained by improvisation and spiced up with a touch of electro.

Concert as part of the 44th International Romani's Day.

A event now well-known to the Romani people and the public, the Romano Dives, International Romani's Day, will again enable beautiful encounters dedicated to celebration and sharing.
Terne Roma, a professional company gathering musicians, singers, dancers and comedians, proposes original, whimsical and creative performances based on the Romani culture. The troupe is directed by Miroslav (artistic director) and Marcela (singer), both former artists from the Gypsy theater Romathan.
Formed in 2006, Clair de Lune Trio is made up of Jean-Christophe Gairard, Jérémie Schacre and Nicolas Koedinger. These three Marseilles-based virtuoso artists are all Conservatoire prize-winners and their talent is widely recognized. They mix classical, swing, flamenco and jazz influences to perform or create sounds from Central and Eastern Europe.

Jazz, fusion and world music + DJ set.

After rocking the house last April, Ahmad Compaoré is back at Le Point de Bascule to celebrate its musical comeback with a new jazz fusion combo. Influenced by the African heritage, their music will thrill you between smooth melodies and frenzied rhythms: a musical journey all at once captivating, energetic and luminous on the theme of cultural crossroads with various origins (West Africa, Orient, Mediterranean Sea).

Rock fusion concert.

LOOKIN' OUT travels through the history of music, moving with an incredible skill from jazz to funk, from blues to rock, from punk to noise music. The trio takes over various genres and updates them in order to elaborate a sound ping-pong where rather furious guitar riffs meet the earth-shattering strikes of the drums, sustained by a metallic hardcore bass. The encounter between three music fanatics, outstanding improvisers in constant motion.
